There is a difference between a presentation that gets politely received and one that actually changes something.

Most experienced presenters know that difference exists. Fewer of them know exactly what it is, or how to close it reliably rather than hoping the next one lands better. That is what this program works on, with real content, real practice and the kind of direct feedback that is genuinely hard to find anywhere else.

WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS

Competent is not the same as compelling.

Most people who come to this program are already capable presenters. They get through it. They cover the material. They do not embarrass themselves. And then they walk out of the room wondering why it did not quite land the way they hoped.

The gap between competent and compelling is not about charisma or natural talent, and it is not about doing more of the same thing more confidently. It is about a handful of specific things, how you read the room in real time, how you handle the moment when someone pushes back hard, how you close for a decision rather than just finishing and hoping for the best.

These are learnable skills. This program teaches them, practices them and makes sure they stick.

"The room does not remember what you said. It remembers how it felt when you said it."

THE PROGRAM

Let's Present to Influence

A two-day signature program for regular presenters who are ready to take their performance to a genuinely different level. The emphasis throughout is on participation, real-time feedback and results you can actually feel in the room rather than results you have to take someone's word for.

Ideal for people who pitch to clients, present to leadership, launch products or sell ideas to internal and external stakeholders. Groups are kept small, a maximum of five participants, so that every person gets the practice time and the coaching they actually came for.

Who this is for

Senior Leaders & Executives

Leaders who present to boards, leadership teams and external audiences and want a presenting style that reflects their seniority, holds up under real pressure and commands the kind of attention that leads to decisions.

Client-Facing Professionals

Consultants, advisors and account managers who pitch for work, present recommendations and need to hold a room full of experienced people who have sat through more presentations than they can count.

High Performers Ready for the Next Level

Capable presenters who know they are leaving something on the table and are ready to find out exactly what it is, with someone who will be honest about it.

Anyone Preparing for a High-Stakes Moment

People with a specific presentation, pitch or keynote coming up where the outcome matters and preparation that is anything less than thorough is not really an option.

WHAT WE COVER

Two days of advanced technique, real content and live coaching.

Message clarity and story structure: Using the Logical Planner for advanced message construction, and building the kind of narrative that carries a senior audience from the opening line to a decision.

First impression and credibility: How to establish authority from the first moment, and how to manage nerves at a senior level in a way that does not show up in the room.

Reading the room and adapting in real time: How to notice when something has shifted and adjust on the spot, rather than continuing to deliver the presentation you planned regardless of what the audience is telling you.

Advanced delivery techniques: Voice, body language, pausing and movement, worked into a style that feels completely natural and commands genuine attention without feeling performed.

Visual aids at a senior level: PowerPoint best practice for executive audiences, and the judgment to know when slides help and when putting them away entirely is the stronger move.

Two full rounds of practice with real content: Multiple presentation rounds using participants' own real material, with personalised coaching after every round and structured peer observation throughout.

Close with conviction: How to close for a decision rather than for applause, and how to handle final questions and objections when the stakes are at their highest.

WHAT YOU GET

Participants will learn

ai-generated-IMAGE.jpg

01

A presenting style that is authentically theirs

Not a technique borrowed from a book or modelled on someone else. A way of showing up that feels natural, sounds senior and delivers results consistently rather than occasionally.

02

More practice hours than most people get in a year

Time in front of a real room with real feedback is what creates the shift. This program provides more of it than almost anything else available, which is the point.

03

The composure to handle whatever the room throws

Pushback, silence, tangents, tough questions at the wrong moment. Having practised the difficult scenarios, participants stop dreading them and start handling them well.

04

Complete conviction in their content and delivery

The kind of confidence that only comes from having prepared properly, practised genuinely and received feedback from someone who will tell them the truth.

THE DETAIL

Let's Present to Influence

Delivered as a two-day face-to-face program for groups of up to five participants. The small group size is a deliberate choice rather than a commercial one. It maximises practice time and ensures every participant receives genuinely personalised coaching throughout both days.

Pre-session: participants are asked to bring a real upcoming presentation or pitch they need to deliver. The higher the stakes, the more useful the program tends to be.

Available in Melbourne and across Australia/NZ. Virtual delivery available for distributed teams.

If you are presenting regularly but not yet owning the room, that conversation is probably long overdue.

Let's talk about what the next level looks like for you specifically and what it would take to get there.
