Most people do not lack ideas. They lack a way to organise them under pressure.
The result is that the right things come out in the wrong order, or the good stuff gets buried under context nobody needed, or the whole thing runs long and the room has mentally left before the point arrives. If any of that sounds familiar, this program is built for exactly that problem.
WHY THIS PROGRAM EXISTS
Confidence follows clarity. Almost every time.
When I work with people who are nervous about presenting, the nerves are almost never the real problem. The real problem is that there is not a solid enough structure underneath them. When the structure is clear and the message has a logical shape, the nerves have somewhere to go. When the structure is wobbly, everything feels wobbly, and no amount of deep breathing fixes that.
The Logical Planner came out of years of watching capable people walk into rooms with genuinely good content and walk out having left most of it on the table. Not because they were not prepared, but because they were preparing the wrong things. Slides instead of structure. Words instead of message. Timing instead of thinking.

This program fixes the foundation first, and the confidence tends to follow.
"When you know exactly where you are going, the audience follows."
THE WORKSHOP
Let's Present Confidently
A two-day practical program for professionals who are presenting more frequently and want to put the fundamentals in place properly, rather than hoping the next one goes better than the last.

Built around the Logical Planner, with hands-on practice and real-time feedback throughout. Every exercise uses real content from participants' own work, so the improvement shows up immediately in things that actually matter. A one-day condensed version is available for larger groups or tighter timeframes.
Who this is for
New to Corporate Presenting
Professionals who are presenting more frequently as their career develops and want to build the right habits from the beginning, rather than spending the next few years unlearning the wrong ones.
Experienced But Inconsistent
People who present reasonably well when they have plenty of time to prepare but find things come apart when they are put on the spot, challenged, or handed a slot with two hours notice.
Teams Who Present Together
Groups who need a shared language and a consistent approach, so the quality does not vary significantly depending on who happens to be standing at the front of the room.
Anyone Who's Been Winging It
Professionals who have been presenting on instinct for years and have decided it is probably time to put a proper structure underneath what they do.
WHAT WE COVER
Seven practical modules, covering everything from planning to delivery.
Know your audience: How to understand who you are talking to, what they actually need and how to tailor your content accordingly, including what to leave out, which is often more important than what to include.
Plan your presentation with the Logical Planner: A step-by-step approach to shaping a clear, compelling message with a single destination. Destination message, blueprint, persuasive points and evidence, in the right order every time.
Emphasise key messages: How to make the most important points stand out and stay with the audience after they have left the room. The Power of Three.
Set the scene: How to open with authority, manage nerves, establish credibility and engage your audience from the first moment rather than the fifth slide.
Involve your audience: Passive, participative and pointed involvement techniques, and a five-step approach to handling tough questions that keeps you in control without shutting anyone down.
Visual aids: PowerPoint best practice and how to make slides support what you are saying rather than compete with it. No more presenting the slide instead of the idea.
Practice and be authentically you: Extensive practice with real-time feedback. Delivery techniques covering voice, body language and pausing. How to close with confidence and actually get the result you came for.
WHAT YOU GET
Participants will learn
01
A structure they can use for any presentation
The Logical Planner applied to their real content, with a repeatable approach that works whether they have two hours to prepare or twenty minutes and a whiteboard.
02
Significantly reduced preparation time
Because when there is a clear process, you stop staring at a blank slide wondering where to start and begin building something that actually works.
03
Practical tools for managing nerves
Not tips. Techniques they have practised in the room and already know work for them specifically, not just in theory.
04
A presenting style that is genuinely theirs
Not a performance borrowed from someone else. A way of showing up in front of a room that feels natural, sounds confident and gets results consistently.
THE DETAIL
Let's Present Confidently
Delivered as a two-day face-to-face program for groups of 6 to 8 participants. A one-day condensed version is available for up to 12 participants.

Pre-session: participants are asked to identify a real presentation topic they will use as practice material across both days. The more real the content, the more useful the feedback tends to be.

Available in Melbourne and across Australia and New Zealand. Virtual delivery available for distributed teams.
If your team is presenting regularly but not landing consistently, that conversation is probably long overdue.
Let's talk about what confident, clear presenting looks like for your people and what it would take to build it properly.
